Management of the deliveries

On the film information, 

Find the section " Management of the deliveries"

1 / Choose the supplier for your deliveries

2/  Add/Create the DCP(s) available for this film ( “Enter each DCP that your lab put at your disposal” , “Add a DCP”, Name it )

3/ Browse the available DCPs at your lab by clicking on “ Link to a DCP at ‘Lab’s’ ” and select the right CPL

4/ Select which DCP(s) must be sent by your lab when you book a specific version “Tick the DCPs which must be sent with the booking of each version”

• DCPs are different than versions : one single  DCP can contain several versions (CPLs) (ex: EN-XX(...)_OV and EN-DE(...)_VF)and the different versions can be on different DCPs

This is to be seen with your supplier

Make sure DCP & CPL are properly set so that all transport orders are correctly handled.
